My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to your final stop of the Stamp Release Party Blog Hop for My Craft Spot!!  This hop is a little bitter sweet for me.  This will be my last hop as a My Craft Spot Design Team member.  I have been blessed to work with Kimberly on her Design Team since the beginningand I have learned so many great paper crafting tips from her... but I've made the decision to stop posting on my blog by the end of the year in order to spend more time with my family!  I will really miss my bloggy friends especially this incredible group of talented ladies but it is just something I feel my family needs right now.

I made a cute little 6" giftie box with the adorable penguin from Create A Critter. 

I added a little scarf using Maraschino Twinery Twine available at My Craft Spot, then made a simple box and popped the penguin off of it with pop-dots.

 

I filled this little guy with some cold weather neccesities...tissues, lip gloss, hand santitizer, and hand lotion!

My daughter thinks the tag is the best part of this guy!  The adorable sentiment comes from the new Think Snow Stamp Set!  The little tag is cut with one die from the new Lacy Banners Metal Dies and one from the Tiny Doilies Metal Dies.

My Craft Sport Stamp Release Party Day 4 - Think Snow

Hello and welcome to Day 4 of the My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party week! I'm happy you stopped by today to get a closer look at my sneak peek of the the new Think Snow stamp set! This set is another fun Winter set and to be honest, I can't decide which is my favorite!!  Here is my sneak peek for today!

Isn't this little snowman the cutest???  He is from Winter Frolic Cricut Cartridge (which goes very nicely with this new stamp set).  I paired him up with some colorful pattern paper from the MME 12 Days of Christmas 6x6 paper pad and popped the layers with dimensionals.

Birthday Sundaes is Back!!

Hello Everyone!  We're back this week from our holiday break at Birthday Sundaes!  We have Whimsie Doodles sponsoring us to kick off the new term..YAY!!  This week our challenge is Birthday Card with Birthday Sentiment on the card front and we have a little twist.  You have the option of using something new on your birthday card!  So let's show off the fun new crafty holiday gifts! 

I actually did not receive any new crafty items for Christmas but I did get a new camera which I used to photograph my card (I hope that counts...haha)!  I had a hard time transitioning and I think my birthday card ended up looking a little Christmas-like but I was still happy with the result!

My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party Day 5

TGIF!  Day 5 here of the My Craft Spot Holiday/Winter Stamp Release Party!  Are you in the Christmas Spirit yet?!?  Well, if not, there are only 51 days left...YIKES!!  Time to get to work!  Last week we had a suprise and rare October snowstorm!  Watching my girls build a snowman was enough to get me in the spirit!  Speaking of the snow, today at My Craft Spot we have another fun stamp set we are sneak peeking called Winter Wonderland!!  Here is what that snow storm and this fun stamp set inspired!

I love Camping Critters so of course I couldn't leave it out when creating a Winter card for this release!  I think the frames on that cartridge work perfectly for card bases! 

I shaped my sentiment to fit the curve of the landscape!  That is one of the things I love most about clear stamps! 

I picked my color combo for the card based on this new denim bakers twine at My Craft Spot!  After I was finished adding all the extra's to my card and layering it together, I covered the white snow with a coating of Crystal Effects to give it an icy finish!  Does it make you think "Brrrr..."?
