My Craft Spot Spring Stamp Release Blog Hop

Goodmorning and welcome to the My Craft Spot Spring Stamp Release Blog Hop!  I hope you have been enjoying the beautiful sneak peeks Kimberly and the Design Team have been showcasing this week!  What do you think of those stamps!?!  I'm loving each and every one of them!

You should have arrived from the talented Ally at Rock Paper Cricut.  If not, make sure you hop on over to My Craft Spot to start at the begining of the hop because you are not going to want to miss a stop!  There are gorgeous projects and a set of stamps to be won at each stop...WooHoo!

My first project uses both Happily Ever After and Tiny Tags

It is a baby boy card and I made it to show you how versatile the Happily Ever After Stamp Set can be!  The little toy is cut from B is For Boy Cartridge.

I added a Tiny Tag with some Vintage Blue Bakers Twine.  It is all layered onto MME Portobello Road pattern paper and Stampin' Up cardstock.

Across the bottom I used the "So happy for you" sentiment off of Happily Ever After and tied some Stormy Day Crinkle Ribbon.

Next I have a little spring card to share with you.

I absolutely LOVE the  new Butterfly Kisses Stamp Set.  I couldn't resist using this sentiment this week!  I paired it with the cute little HG Rain, Rain Digi from The Greeting Farm and MME Jack & Jill pattern paper.

I layered the pp panels, sentiment, digi with dimensionals and added some Gold Seam Binding to finish it off!

My last card didn't turn out so nicely.
I saw a card like this at my Stampin' Up Demo's house and thought I could make it.  Well, it turned out to be a lot harder to scraplift than I thought it would!

I LOVE the sweet treat cups, but have a hard time bringing myself to use them.  It took me a while to figure out how to make it stand like a regular card but still get the M&Ms out!

A slider on a 3x3 attached to the card is what I ended up coming up with.

I thought after all the hard work, I would turn this into a Mother's Day Card.  I used the "Happy Mother's Day" sentiment from the new Happy Easter set.

Ok, so what do you think so far?  As promised I have a special stamp set to give away today.  One LUCKY winner will win the Happy Easter Stamp Set!  Please leave me a comment letting me know which is your favorite new stamp set!   I'll draw the winner next week so stop back to see if you've won!

Well, thank you for hopping by today!  There is a copy of the Blog Hop line-up below in case you get lost along the way.  I also added my sneak peeks for the week in case you missed them!  It is time for you to hop on to your next stop to see the amazing work from my talented friend

My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party Day #5

Today is the last day of sneak peeks at My Craft Spot!   Tomorrow, Kimberly will release all five new sets!  Woo Hoo!  Which one is your favorite so far?  Well, today we are sneak peeking my favorite new set, Butterfly Kisses!  Here is my Sneak Peek!

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this sentiment!  Perfect for my little dirt monsters in the spring/summer.  They love making mud pies and planting with Mommy!  I embellished the card with some Navy Crinkle Ribbon and Blueberry Divine Twine both available at My Craft Spot!

I used my SU cardstock and MME Jack & Jill pattern paper.  The edges are all sponged and sewed down.

The adorable little garden gnome comes from Paper Smooches Forest Whimsy set.  I inked it up with my Copics and layered it to make him pop off the page!

My Oldest E was so in love with this card and the sentiment that she insisted that she needed to give it to her teacher and class for the first day of spring so now this little gnome lives in her classroom!

Ok, so now that you have seen our sneak peeks all week at My Craft Spot, are you ready for the blog hop?  Tomorrow, we will be hoping and there will be fun prizes to be won along the way!  If you missed this week's peeks at My Craft Spot, make sure you stop by and check them out for your chance to win!  I myself have been blown away by the Design Teams work and I can't wait to see what is in store for tomorrow!  Thanks for stopping by today!

My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party Day #4

Hello Again! Day 3 of the My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party! Have you had a chance to check out all the amazing DT projects and giveaways this week! If not, make sure you go to My Craft Spot and check it out! Today we are sneak peeking Kimberly's new set called Tiny Tags! I can't even start to describe how fabulous this set is! There are just so many fun sentiments! Here is my favorite project using the set.
The weather has been so nice here, that we have been walking to/from school each day. I wanted to make some special cards for the school crossing guards since they help us get there safely each day!
I cut them to make 3.5" x 3.5" sized card and stamped the "Thanks!" sentiment around the outside! The little bear is cut from Create A Critter and I added a PKS Critter face. The little vest is from Paper Dolls and I hand cut the details. I finished the little cards off with some Orange Divine Twine.

We live quite a distance from the school so we pass through several of the crossing guards. I made sure to make a card for each of them!

For the next project, I actually used one of the tag stamps on a retirement card for a teacher.
the "Happy Retirement" stamp is Stampin' Up and is not part of the new stamp set

Here is a close up of the adorable tag stamp!! They are all so cute and all the sentiments fit into the tags!

I used the apple from Doodlecharms and the super cute bookworm from Create A Critter!

I made sure to add a PKS Critter Face and glossy his glasses.

Tomorrow is the last day of Sneak Peeks then Blog Hop on Saturday....YAY blog candy! Make sure you stop by My Craft Spot and check out Kimberly and the DTs amazing projects! Thanks for stopping by today!

My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party Day 2

*Sorry for the change in location. I'll be posting at my3ekids.blogspot.com until I get my blog back into a working order*

Good morning! Another day of partying at My Craft Spot today! Today we are showing off our sneak peeks of Kimberly's new stamp set called Birthday Wishes! Can you guess what the stamp set includes? BIRTHDAY SENTIMENTS....YAY!! I know I make more birthday cards than anything, so I was thrilled with this set! Here is the card I created for my sneak peek today.

This Reminisce Space Buddies pattern paper has been calling out of my stash to be used since the day I bought it. It ended up being tricky to use because I couldn't bare covering it up with anything, but I thinked I pulled it off!

I am so happy to have a new "Happy Birthday" sentiment to use on my cards. I've been using my others so much that you are all probably sick of seeing them! I used the Blueberry Divine Twine (available at My Craft Spot) to make a little cord holding onto the little astronaut guy!

This little cutie comes from B is for Boy Lite Cricut Cartridge. I used a Wide Eyed Kids Peachy Keen Face on him, gave him some buttons with brads and outlined him with a black journaling pen. The little planet is cut from the oval spellbinders and sponged.

The inside is stamped with a mixture of sentiments from the new Birthday Wishes and the "out of this World!" and "cool!" come from Build a Valentine (per special request from Oldest E)!
Kimberly and the My Craft Spot Design Team have created some amazing projects and if you like what you see today, make sure you check back each day! There is more to come! Thanks for stopping by today!

My Craft Spot Stamp Release Day 1

*Sorry for the change in location. I'll be posting at my3ekids.blogspot.com until I get my blog back into a working order*

It is party time at My Craft Spot! Kimberly is releasing 5 new stamp sets and we will be showing off our sneak peeks all this week! There will be prizes along the way and we will end the week with a fun blog hop! Today the stamp set being release will be available immediately! It is called Happy Easter and it has not only Easter stamps but Mother's Day covered too! Here is my project for today!

I used TiddlyInks Wryn Somebunny Loves You inside an oval egg and shaped the "Happy Easter" sentiment around it. "Some bunny loves you!" is stamped, cut out with a circle punch, then cut in half.
I tied some MCS Pink Bubblegum Crinkle Ribbon and added a Posy Bakers Twine bow. The paper is MME Happy Go Lucky and I distressed the edges with my scissors then sewed it all down. It is layered onto SU ardstock.
Make sure you stop by My Craft Spot and join us all week long for the party! Thanks for stopping by today!

Goodmorning!  It is time for another Birthday Sundaes challenge!  This week we are challenging you to use Animals on your Birthday Cards.  I had so much fun with this challenge!  The possibilities are endless!  Here is the card I created for your inspiration!

I used this adorable Big Panda Marci digi from LaLa Land Crafts for my Animal!  Isn't she cute!?!

I layered her onto the super sweet MME Quite Contrary - Jack & Jill paper that my dear friend Kristie sent me for my Birthday last month...Thanks Kristie!!  I'm in love with this paper so be ready to see more of it!

This week we have a super fun sponsor, JustWordz!  Make sure you stop by Birthday Sundaes to check out the details for this week and to see the super cute Birthday Cards with Animals the DT has created!  Thanks for stopping by today!

My Craft Spot Monday Challenge #48 - Manly Man Cards

Goodmorning!  We have a fun Monday Challenge starting today at My Craft Spot!  We are challenging you to make a Manly Man Card!  I know this is a challenge!  I tend to go for the more fluffy and puffy when I pick out my supplies so my "Manly" stash seems to always be low!  Here is what I came up with for my card!

I hand cut my moustache to match the Echo Park Times & Seasons paper and added it to a pop stick.  I thought the "You're awesome" (from Build a Valentine stamp set) worked perfectly for most guys because I think I hear that all the time when I'm around my husband and his friends...haha!  Though, my hubby is pretty awesome!

The DT has come up with some amazing cards you must check out!  Please join us this week at My Craft Spot and build on that masculine card stash!  Thanks for stopping by today!

Birthday Sundaes #47 - Use Green on Your Birthday Card

Hello All!  Today's Birthday Sundaes challenge is to create a birthday card and USE GREEN on it! Don't forget a birthday sentiment/wording on your card front.

This week we are sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps - check out all the details {HERE}!

I used this adorable image from Bugaboo Stamps.  I'm not thrilled with this card but I was trying to use up the image that I accidently printed as a 5x7.   He was too cute to waste!
