My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party Day 4 - Ghostly Greetings

Hello and welcome to Day 4 of the My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party week!  I'm happy you stopped by today to get a closer look at my sneak peek of the the new Ghostly Greetings stamp set!  This set is another fun Halloween set and to be honest, I can't decide which is my favorite!!  I had so much fun creating this card!  It did take some time but the end result was well worth it!!  Here is my sneak peek for today!

This card took a lot of googly eyes and a lot of different sized glue dots to create!  I started by placing the largest ones and worked down in size.  The smallest two sizes were glued into place using little dots of Tombow momo multi glue.  My daughter's squealed in delight over the finished card!

This is just one of the adorable ghostly sentiments on this set!  Like I said earlier, it is so hard to pick a favorite set from this release!  I stamped it then punched it out and doodled around the edge.  It is popped up over top the Toadally Green My Craft Spot Crinkle Ribbon.

Here is a fun look at the dimension on the eyes!

Inside the card is the "Happy Halloween" stamp from this set.

Stop by My Craft Spot for your chance to win another great prize today and for some more amazing Halloween inspiration from the talented Kimberly as well as the My Craft Spot Design Team!!  We can not wait for you to see the big reveal on Saturday!  Thanks for stopping by today and please stop back again tomorrow for our last day of sneek peaks!

This ghost from Paper Dolls Dress up is one of my all time favorites!  I think I use it in some manner every year!  This card is a simple black and white with lots of layers and doodling!

This cute little sentiment is layered on and accented with a Midnight Black Crinkle Ribbon accent and Black Twinery Twine bow!

I used my Gypsy to weld two ghosts together to form the base then I popped each layer with dimensionals.

This adorable inside sentiment is a combination of two stamps from the new Best Witches to You!  I love it!
I hope this insires some fun Halloween cards for you!  All the new sets will be revealed and available for purchase on Saturday but make sure to check out all the beautiful projects today using Best Witches to You at My Craft Spot! My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party Day 2 - Spooky Treats

Good morning everyone!  Day 2 of the week long Stamp Release Party at My Craft Spot!  Today we are sneak peeking another great stamp set!  This set is called Spooky Treats and what a SPOOKY set it is!  We LOVE Halloween at our house!  It is one of those holidays that we have so much fun being creative with fun decorations and special treats for our family and friends!  I used the fun Spooky Treats stamp set to create this years Halloween party invitations!  Here is my sneak peek for today!

I made a simple pocket on the invites by zig zag sewing around the edges and slide in a little ghost with our party info into them!  I finished them off with a strip of Smokey Black Crinkle Ribbon!

The little ghosts are cut from the Simply Charmed Cricut Cartridge, outlined in black pen and stamoed with a little Peachy Keen Face.  I love the font on the new Spooky Treats stamp set!  I stamped the ghost with "Stop by for a Spell" and the "Oct 31st" I stamp on a curve!  The "Time:" and "Place:" stamps are from last years My Craft Spot Halloween set Candy Corn Kisses.

The "Happy Halloween" is also from Spooky Treats which I stamped, cut out using my oval spellbinders and outlined with a black pen.  My 5 year old said the ziggy lines make it look like it is wiggling...hehe!

All the pattern papers are from Making Memories Spooky Alley 8x8 pad.

I hope you enjoyed my sneak peek of the new Spooky Treats stamp set!  There are more amazing sneak peeks from Kimberly and the Design Team over at My Craft Spot and a chance to win a fun prize!  All the new sets will be revealed and available for purchase on Saturday along with our fun Blog Hop!  Thanks for stopping by today and please stop back again tomorrow!

My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party Day 1 - Stampin' Around Fall and Tiny Doilies Metal Dies

Good morning! Are you ready for a fun week of sneak peeks, inspiration and great prizes? Today starts the week long Stamp Release Party at My Craft Spot ...woohoo!! Kimberly is releasing another group of amazing stamps and the DT has been having a blast playing around with them so we can show them off for you! Today's sneak peek is of the new stamp set, Stampin' Around Fall and a fun set of Tiny Doilies Metal Dies!   Robin did an such amazing job on these!  This set has so many cute stamps to carry you all the way through the fall season!  Here is my sneak peek!

I made this little goodie basket up for my daughter's new teacher.  Of course I couldn't send in a plain old basket, so I prettied it up with a bright cone wreath and used the new Stampin' Around Fall and Tiny Doilies Metal Dies to accent it!  I also weaved a Snow White Crinkle Ribbon accent around the top and a little Cherry Divine Twine bow (both available at My Craft Spot)!

These new sets are so much fun to play with!  There are 6 different dies to layer and add fun dimension to your sentiments and the stampin' around sentiments in the new stamp set are perfect for all your fall projects!!

Here is a look at the fun dimension on the wreath!

And here are all the teacher gifties included inside the basket!  We also gave her a four box pack of tissues for the classroom because I'm sure the class will go through them!  What teacher wouldn't love all these goodies on their first week of school?

I hope you enjoyed my project for today and that it inspires a fun teacher project for you!  Be sure to stop by My Craft Spot to see the amazing Sneak Peek projects made by Kimberly and the DT using the new Stampin' Around Fall and Tiny Doilies Metal Dies and for a chance to win a great prize today!  All the new sets will be revealed and available for purchase on Saturday along with our fun Blog Hop! Hello Everyone! Welcome to the Back to School Blog Hop hosted by Jenny at Crazy about Cricut and the Thankful Thursday Design Team! Thankful Thursday is all about getting crafty with your kiddos (or loved ones)!! If you are coming from the talented Cheryl at Cards by CG then you are heading in the right direction! If not, stop by Crazy about Cricut to start from the beginning!

I have a very simple Back to School project to share with you today since this week has been so hectic with our own Back to School fun.  I like to make teacher gifts (I'll share classroom teacher gifties next week), but I also like to include the specials teachers (art, gym, library, music) when we are making them.

This year we made them a little pocket with a few pens because what teacher doesn't need a few extra pens!

I used a scrap of 2.75" x 11" paper and folded it at 4.75".

I layered on some pattern paper, glued the edges with Glue Lines then added a little tag using a My Creative Time sentiment.   Simple but cuter than just handing the teachers a few pens!

Thanks for hopping by today!  Your next stop on our Back to School Blog hop is the crafty

My Craft Spot Monday Challenge #66 - Under the Stars (Camping Theme)

Good morning!  The My Craft Spot DT have been working on some AMAZING inspiration for this weeks Monday challenge at My Craft Spot!  I think you could say we had a load of fun with this challenge!  This week our challenge is Under the Stars and we want to see those camping themed projects!!  Here is mine!

I have been waiting for the chance to use these absolutely adorable 3D tents since I bought the Camping Critters cart!  I figured this was the perfect opportunity to use them to make a Thank You gift for my daughters girl scout camp leader!   We followed the directions set forth in the Camping Critters book.

The process was a whole lot easier than I had expected and before I knew it, we had pitched a little tent!  We added some little signs and used the My Craft Spot Thank You stamp set to finish off the little cutie!  Now all we need are some chocolates and I'm sure she will love this little tent!

Check out the rest of the DT creations and join us for our fun Under the Stars challenge this week at My Craft Spot!  I can't wait to see what you create!  Thanks for stopping by!

My Craft Spot Monday Challenge #65 - Invitations and Announcements

Good morning!  Today we have another fun challenge for you at My Craft Spot along with a great prize to be won!  We are challenging you to create fun Invitations or Announcements for parties, weddings or babies!  Here is my Baby Shower invite!

I made these cute little Cowboy themed invitations in the shape of cowboy hats!  I used my gypsy to stretch and weld the hats from Paper Dolls Dress Up and added a little sheriffs star from Create A Critter.  I then outlined the entire invite with my black journaling marker.  The little star is stamped with part of a sentiment from My Craft Spots New Arrival Stamp Set.

Inside I used the entire "Baby Shower" sentiment and the invite stamps from New Arrival.  These invitations are a little simple but I needed to make a lot in a small amount of time so they will do!  I can't wait to share the fun pics for this Little Cowboy Shower!

You have until next Monday to share your creative Invitations and Announcements with us at My Craft Spot!  Make sure you check out the rest of the amazing invitations and announcements the DT created for your inspiration!  Thanks for stopping by today!
