Hello family and all my crafty friends! I hope everyone is having a great day. I wanted to share a fun LO with you today! Sorry for the glare. It is a hard LO to photograph because of all the photos!
I have to admit that I did not use all scraps for this one because I did not have a scraps big enough! It is a fun LO to make and quite easy because it is mostly all circles. The hardest part is preparing the pics! I want to show you how to make one for your scrapbooks!First you need a circle template. I used my clear mat cover. Just leave it on your mat and cut a circle at the size you desire. I cut mine at 10".
Then you need to divide the circle into eighths. I lined it up on my gird and used a ruler and permanent marker (the thicker the lines the better, you will see why later).
It will look like this when you are done.
Number all of your sections so you know where they belong.
Then cut your sections (I had forgotten to number mine first and it is tricky to get them into the correct place but it does make a difference)
Once your sections are cut you can start figuring out your picture placement. Decide which pictures you want in each section then use your templates to mark them (with a pencil or fine tip pen) and cut them out.
Now not all of my pics fit into the entire section. Make sure they fit to the outer edge but the inside point can be left out because it is going to be hidden. Adhere them together in order, layer it with more circles, add a fun element to the center and Viola a fun and easy LO! I wish I had gotten a better pic of the center before my battery died on my camera. I cut the "Smile" out and glittered the edges! It helps make it pop!
I hope you like this fun LO!
