Wizard of Oz Rough Draft #1

The Baby shower favors were finished and picked up today. WOOHOO!! Now I can focus on the Wizard of Oz Birthday Party. I haven't decided on my invitations yet. I have so many different designs I've fiddled with in my Gypsy. Here is the first one cut to life!
It is a rough draft. I have not finished doodling and I didn't even sponge it. If this one is the winner, I think I might go out and buy some emerald shimmer paper to build an Oz in that bare right side.  I had some in my basket at the LSS 2wks ago and then put it back...wishing now that I had it.  Just creating a few invites to look at and decide. Let me know what you think!

Cute! Do you have the Arygle or Diamond Cuttlebug Embossing folder? you could emboss your yellow brick road. I do love the brick stamps you have here and there.

I think I would remove the cut out on the shoes, keep them simple to be true to the movie.

Looks like fun, love all the rainbow goodies so far.

Hi Amber,
WOW Great card...the yellow brick road is FAB did you freehand cut that? I like your idea for the emarald city sounds CUTE! I would suggest maybe considering adding glitter to your yellow brick road? But I LOVE it!
I also wanted to thank you for the super sweet comment you left on my blog ESPECIALLY the part where you wished my sister a happy birthday that just touched my heart! Thank you!!!
